What I love about this site is how it tells how it really is. For years I've  obviously been mistaken that a fair amount of chemistry and  chemical reactions are involved in the workings of the human body. What a total bonehead I must have been. Thanks, Shooey!

That's the entire problem with chemistry, it is ignorant of the co-factors needed for various chemicals to be properly effective, and it ignorantly thinks that synthetics are equal to chemically identicle organic substances because they look the same under a microscope. Sure chemical reactions happen in the body, but not in the way that chemists and doctors view it. We can't isolate and make synthetic chemicals to build healthy bodies because there is ALWAYS side effects, you can be a bonehead and try to argue otherwise, but the facts speak for themselves.  You can't deny that people are getting more old age sickness at younger ages than ever (ask the health instiutes), so we know that synthetic drugs aren't getting people well. The public are suckered into giving money to medical research for cancer for the last 60 years despite BIG pharma already knowing there is a cure for cancer and knocking it back because their isn't enough money to be made in cures...there is only good money in treatments.

It is said that one of the potential side effects of 60% of BIG pharma drugs is death. l don't expect chemists, doctors and other such numbskulls (bonesheads)  to be up with the most recent findings on synthetic drugs/nutrients for treating patients, but some of the brighter stars of the health movement are well aware of the outdated  science we call synthetic drug/nutrient treatments. The days of using chemistry to treat the human body will be gone by the wayside before long.

Sammy Ambrose wrote:

Chemistry is involved, but not in the way science understands it. When we develop chemicals to treat the body we harm the body because we don't understand how it all works. The body uses chemicals for inside workings, but not synthetic chemicals because they aren't as effective and have side effects.

What a total bonehead I must have been. Thanks, Shooey!

Most of the people have been educated with misinformation from chemists and doctors.

l tell it how it is because l read the stuff from the brightest stars in health, not the bullshit artists.

Sammy, it's time to wake up mate.

l can't say for sure, but i'm sure the fungus wouldn't be specific to just rye grain. Anyway...l'm not worried about that because l always consume my wheat, oats, barley and rye in grass form (grass is highly fiberous so it doesn't allow for fungus to grow). The only grain l don't grow into a grass is millet (bird seed), l only sprout millet because it is a slow growing grain that is almost impossible to grow into a grass. As for the rest of the grains, l unfortunately choose to avoid them; such a pity too, l would dearly love to consume sprouted quinoa and sprouted amaranth, but it makes me green to the gills. Sometimes l will grow corn into a grass like plant, but l choose to avoid corn. Rice sprouts are also very nice, but very hard to grow properly.

Yes, definitely best to get the protein and carbs from green drinks from sprouted grains, sprouted peas and various sprouted seeds. 24oz of green drinks from microgreens (see pics above) yields 25 grams of highly digestable protein and very bio-available carbs in a predigested form (carb sugars converted into simpler forms that require less conversion in the body or even carbs that are directly usuable...predigested carbs, and yes, there is the science to prove it now). Another potent source of protein/sunlight is from algaes and sea weeds.

l know some internet sources say it does, but various scientists who have tested cerial grasses say it doesn't. l can't be sure, but my 6th sense says l am right on this one. Maybe some grasses in the world does allow for fungus to grow inside the grass stems, but not the cerial grasses l have used.

Oh, as long as your final arbiter is your 6th sense you'll be safe.

The most major tool we have forgotten is the art of using our 6th sense. Unfortunately most folks are so clogged up with toxins, old decayed meat, GM foods and poisoned with the water supply and processed foods and brainwashed by the modern day education system that they have lost the ability to use their 6th sense. BUT...when you live clean and free yourself of brainwashing via t.v, radio and other media, you begin to get back that valuable natural birthrite...our wonderful 6th sense. Peop;le make alot of poor decisions in life because they don't have a 6th sense to guide them...they try using logic to make decisions instead of intuition. Logic and human beings don't go togeather because most humans only use 5% of their brain, but when you meditate and are clean and free of brainwashing via our illuminati run media...it is only then that you can throw man learned education and `so called' logic out the door with the rubbish and use our true inner powers to guide us.

Anyway; 55 years of using cerial grasses on over 250,000 people at HHI has not shown any adverse effects.

l am very very opleased to hear that, very! Life never truely begins until you start drinking green sprout juices. Make sure you get the green sprouts and juice a 2 - 3 liter container of them every single day at the very least.

lt's much better to grow your own, so buy a packet of alfalfa and fenugreek sprouting seeds for a start. Then put in 2 tablespoons of seed to soak for 4 hours in a jar with gauze placed over the opening of the jar. After  hours of soaking tip upsidedown so all the water flows out through the gauze. Repeat this stage until the alfalfa is fully grown [afer a week]. Now...plant a jar a day and keep all the jars in the dark until the last day or two where you leave out in indirect sunlight so the sprouts get green. When you get used to it, start getting into weeds and grasses for juicing....just go down to a paddock which hasn't been sprayed and pick weeds, flowers and grass and juice it. Try spending the day living on green juice, some fruit, some sprouted seeds, grasses and sea weeds (it's not that hard) and then have a big green salad of sprouts before your dinner.

Remember; if the power grid goes down one day, people won't have any food to eat. The people who have canned food stored up will be stressed out and diseased before long, and they will also get robbed and have no food to survive long. The only way to survive if the power goes off for years is to learn to live on grass and weeds, so when the time comes you can leave your house and live in a bush-hut and juice your food via a juicer...you will be able to survive very healthy while everyone else is fighting and starving in the cities. Now THAT is freedom. See...no matter what happens, l can just pack up everything and never have to work again because l could survive off the land...how many people can do that???

lf you start drinking the potent sprout juices, your life will take an amazing turn...you will become a true being of the sun. Now...we need to learn that everything in life doesn't taste as good as chocolate, so now it's time to start growing up and eating real food that is good for us. The future is bleak for most people; 50% of us die of cancer, about 40% get heart disease and many get diabetes. Now it's time to take control and live the second half of our lives better than the first half....becoming a sunshine child via green juices will do this!

l love you Mr Bop, now go claim your natural birthrite son! Live your life to the full and run your body on all of the nutrients so your mind, body and spirit THRIVE!!!

Yesterday l drank weeds, flowers and sprout juices all dayand felt satisfied and in very high spirits without any solid food. lf you can get to the stage where you survive off green juices (weeds, flowers and grass and algae and sea weed), the world WILL be your oyster.

Try going all raw vegan until dinner time. That's how l started. So eat/drink lots of sprout/weed/grass juices and eat soaked blended nuts/seeds to get you buy in the day. The start can be difficult, but it gets better and better as time goes on.

Here are some people who eat raw. See how young they look:

This lady is about 55:

Here is a video of Dr Clement when he was almost 60. He can pass for late 30's. That's how you look when you live on grass, weeds and sprouts etc.

Dr Lemberg is 55 and eats similar to how l do also (grass, sprouts etc)

People that eat a proper raw vegan diet and have good spirituality age far less than the rest of the population.

A raw vegan diet is problematic for most people, but it can be done if a person knows what they are doing. l am middle age and used to look my age, but people have said l can pass for late 20's now.

Wake-up call
And given that health institutes are now seeing people in their 20's and 30's with diseases that people used to have in their 60's and 70's, we now know that tinned foods, GM foods, flouridated water supplies, mobile phones, cordless appliances, microwaves, pollution, stress and other lifestyle factors have taken there toll on mankind. HHI used to get about 3 or 4 teenagers with cancer each year thirty years ago, but now they are getting around 25 - 30 with cancer per year. We are living much shorter and diseased lives than our parents, grand parents and great grand parents despite more medical care (drug care) from doctors than ever in history....it just goes to tell you that drugs aren't making people healthy and well, only a healthy lifestyle can make and keep us well. Over 600,000 patented medications, yet people aged in their 20's and 30's are now getting diseases that people in tgheir 60's and 70's used to get??? Something is wrong.

And before anyone says that we are living longer....NO we aren't...the stats are misleading. Infant birth deaths have been greatly eliminated, so the average age expectancy has gone up, but people are still living much shorter lives.,

Our great grand parents and the NWO plans to extinct the human poipulation
Our great grand parents used to walk 5 miles to school and dig in their garden in their 90's, but many teenagers are barely capable of hard work these days because of the food they are eating, the mobile phones, the stress they are under, and the water they are drinking. BUT the main reason why teenagers are not as hardy as the older generations is because their constitutions are much much weaker due to the habits of their parents and grand parents eating foods with chemicals, tinned foods, alcohol, pollution etc....with each generation the DNA gets weaker. Even much of the so called fresh food is illegally irradiated. l believe it is a NWO plan to kill the majority of the population and make them sterile! Well...in the last 60 years male sperm counts have halved....the NWO plan is working.

Now maybe you are starting to realise that my ideas are not so crazy afterall. The proof of the reality is there. lt's time to turn off the t.v, throw away the mobile phones and the microwaves and start getting back to nature. The trends of the youth getting old age diseases isn't going to go away, it is going to get much much worse. Oh yes....the mass development of depression is no accident either, it is how the illuminati (the people who control governments) have planned it....if l told you what's really going on you would make your hair curl...the music industry, professional sportsman and the media play a BIG role in this...celebrities are just illuminati puppets who are used in the NWO plan (that's why some of them are so well paid...to entertain the slaves [us]).

l have been popular online and everyone wants to pick my brain, so l think it may be time to change careers and start writing books, lecturing and giving raw food classes.

Here is my all time hero (Dr Ann), she originally had breast cancer, gang green of the leg, diabetes, grey hair and other major health problems. She lived on raw grasses and weeds and sprouts only for 40 years. She is about 85 in this picture; lots of muscle tone, no grey hair or wrinkles, that's what a raw sprout diet does. See Dr Brian next to her, he does the same thing. This proves that it works!

She also did wheatgrass implants twice a day. ln other words, she got a a big container of wheatgrass juice and would stick it up her arse via a two foot long tube (the best way).

i have to say at the moment any benefit is offset against the symptoms of fucking awful hay-fever but i do have to say that after a couple of days on the sprouts, even on top of bad food and cider i do feel more chipper, im definitely not a being of the sun by any rate, but i think they're worth a look in for anyone, i'll be carrying on with them.

Last night after three long days at the NSJF, I poured myself a double of Johnnie Walker Green 15 year old, and rather nice it was too before bed.

I notice that JW have added a Platinum expression to their range and that JW Gold has significantly reduced in price to 29.99Euros in the local off-licenses here.
