But also weight around the midriff, Buddah was clearly heading to an early grave.

The thing i find hard is to avoid sugar after weights, even if you eat well you'll still crave a bag of sweets to feed the muscle. I've settled on grape juice as at least it is natural sugar.

Well from what i understand the muscle removes sugar from the blood to supply the muscle which is why you suddenly get a sugar craving because your blood sugar drops, this isn't directly after lifting but normally 12 hrs later. I just had a hemp protein shake, i have my sprouts generally well feed, i do believe plant proteins give you a better complete protein profile than meat.
But that is only from my own experience

I'm drinking Jacob Creek's Sauvignon Blanc tonight - better and cheaper than the Kiwis.
Jacobs Creek - no one here drinks it much.
Most of our tariffs have been removed on most things - free trade etc - those that are still in place - I cant remember them all - some on cloth I think - have been moving from 10% to 5% to 0%.
Hang on
After a quick squiz - some Live Animals = 1%, some food - dairy products mainly = 1%, some Oils - rape seed etc = 8% ( must be special treatment of some electorate) - Preserved meat from 9% - 16%, Bloody SUGAR is tariffed up to 8% and its heavily subsidised internally!!, chocolate 17%, Orange Juice 24%
and yes
Wine = 15%
Well I leanrt something. I thought there were less tariffs than that.
Bloody sugar is subsidised directly and indirectly here and also has a tariff slapped on it - madness - no one needs sugar and it cheap and its bad for most people.
Jacobs Creek here isnt a great wine or good value for money - theres much cheaper better wines available. I see Jacobs Creek everywhere overseas.
Jacobs Creek Shiraz here is aud$8 =5.3 GBP= 0.83 EUR
Thats cheaper than I thought
From what I can see that latest tariff for wine is down to 5%. Bu there some times can be a $ per litre on alcohol content - on all alcohol
