Magnificent, almost heraldry.

^^^ Nice! I've seen much newer Hawaiian-style shirts with the Reyn-Spooner label. I'm not sure if they're related as I haven't done any research on the company's history myself, but it would seem a fair bet that they are. Do you have pic's of the the whole shirt?
^And it's mine! I think I have tipped over the edge now. The first time I have knowingly bought something I know won't fit me...
Would it be criminal to try and shrink it? The olive MacKenzie I have was a size large originally as well, but it fits me fine now.
Normally I'd say don't shrink it but if you do shrink it and it ends up too small... say 19" pit to pit give me a shout.
You could always just embrace the billow. A military tuck and a rolled up sleeve. Could make a really nice winter shirt over a thermal knit base.
Good luck with it.
It would be criminal, what size is it?
Yeah, initially I thought about wearing it as an outer layer, untucked over an oxford perhaps. I kind of like the idea of double bd now. Will have to wait and see when it arrives.
It is tagged size Large 16-16 1/2.
