Wowzers! Great pics Oliver. Rarely seen a madras jacket worn so well.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Thanks fellas!

Have to give Darcy credit for much of the cool clobber; she really hooked me up this summer! I still have three or four more bleeding madras stashed away, waiting to be taken in for alterations. The shirt is a vtg '60s plain woven Brookscloth with a silk knit tie. It's ultra light 'n airy and the perfect compliment to any madras jacket on a hot sunny day! Time to retire it to the clothesrack until the next trip up to SoCal though.

Definitely dig that your wardrobe is vintage-heavy.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Oliver's pics are the epitome of the modern ivy aesthetic......no-one is doing more to promote the style we love than this chap at the time of writing.

Top draw.

I'm off to a beer and food festival later - I might aswell wear a bin liner after seeing Oli's pics but here we go:

Hanes White T
First outing for my Beach Boys board shirt from Pendleton
Liberto Olive Jeans
M&S socks - (5 for £12 !!)
Superga Cotu

weather looking okay so might not take a coat , it will also give me an excuse to stay in beer tent if it rains.

have a good day y'all.

its the M&S socks that make it! What size do those jeans go up to Rich?

Oliver's stuff was great but for me, personally, I like Woolster's understated look more.

Nice Woolster!

Are those modern Clark's? There's a pair of '70s sand coloured dessies on etsy in size 11 that I wish were two sizes down! I'd also like to know what make the sta-prest are; lookin' very cool!

Great pic and outfits from that trip Oliver, think they work so well in that location, as said perfect modern ivy. Love it, fancy doing an east to west coast trip - will have to wait for work to pic up first though.

Woolster, love the look of the jacket.

Henry with those glasses on you're a dead ringer for a friend I haven't seen for a few years. Nice simple look.
