I agree with Liam. I think that's the best I've seen from you Leer. I'm not keen on the tie and shoes either, but I guess that's your personal spin on it.
Had had a cultural shock when I wore the Parka to work, I said to one of the saturday girls I look like a trainspotter, and she said,
'what, like Ewan MacGregor?'
'No a trainspotter.'
'What's that?'
CHrist....
12BB, good stuff. It is very steve, but it's a cool look. The flannels look great - any news about that web store?
I quite like the long placket on the pullover
That's a great looking shirt. Do you wear it with a tie Z?
I have exactly the same shirt from Mercer (mine has a back button on the collar)
I have to admit to being slightly disappointed with it. It's my second shirt from them, the first was huge so I ordered a slim fit.
However when it arrived it was exactly the same size as the previous one!
David was helpful and covered the cost of the alteration. In addition to that the back button pulls the collar down so it doesn't sit properly and it creases very easily.
It's ok under a jacket or Shetland though.
I think my disappointment comes from the sense of expectation heightened by the 2 month wait for it to arrive.
I'd definitely use Mercer again and David is a lovely fella, I'll just be more careful when ordering!

thanks for the comments - shirt is a smaller body size on my neck size. It fits quite like some of the older makers shirts I own, baggy, but with higher armholes and properly fitting shoulders.
nice look 12BB!
Good stuff theyre right on the money imo

Oliver you're flaming.
I'm wearing that mid brown 1960s Brooks shetland straight out the envelope. It looks like it's never been worn. Goes really well with blue oxford cloth.
