Solid few days here. I'm digging all the looks recently and would wear it ALL.
Well, that's good. I was hoping you'd say "We got bored with the city and drove to O'Connell's."
Ah.. that reminds me
Noblesurfer, if you read this read the PM from me regarding O'Connell's chinos.
Awwww man. That's horrible. Looks freakin' great too. At least you have that pic. Hopefully no other clothing casualties. And I shouldn't fail to mention the lovely ladies. Rooooowwwwrrrrr....

I sent it out to be pressed after unpacking, got it back and wore it out then hung it up in the closet for the rest of the week. When I went to pull it down to repack before checking out, I found it covered in bleach stains and holes. Somebody spilled some kind of chemical on it unnoticed which slowly seaped through and ate away at the fabric. It didn't show any evidence until a day later, though I didn't look at it until checking out. It was absolutely mint too! A powder blue and white pincord with 3/2 roll and slim lapel, hooked rear vent, tapered all the way down the trousers. Unquestionably the coolest suit I've ever owned. Worn above with white walk-over bucks and a late-50s six button Brooks Makers.
Some top outfits recently. (For a bunch of freaks, anyway.)
What size waist are you WM?
Propping on pirate puppy.

Ah. That's why you ask. I think around 13" on my frame. But, I'll need to measure to be sure. I'll get back to you on that.
My vintage sack suits are 12" rise (front rise to be precise), and I'm a 30 to 31" waist. My tailored trousers (photos to follow kids) are the same. That's some high rise you've got there. Any higher and you'll need a zoot suit.
Get a load of this rise:

Gives me a "rise" if you know wut ah mean. Uhuhuhuh
