I just bought this place. I've got my 1959 Chris Craft moored outside. Moved in my bed and my stereo. Tons of records. I wake up early and my day consists of drinking lots of delicious coffee, smoking copious amounts of pot, and listening to records as loud as possible. I go for a dip around 2:00 in the afternoon and then sleep for a few hours. I wake up and make some frozen drinks of various concoctions. I like sitting on the roof at sunset while the grill's heating up. Oh, it's really fun to jump off the roof too. Party this weekend. Forum members only.

I just have visions of a tropical storm wiping them out. I like the sea and the sand, seared tuna and other fresh sea food as much the next man, but on stilts, no thank you.
