Latin, deep fried:

altus frixit (I'm using the perfect form of frigo, frigere, but frictus (having been fried), might work too)

Vegetable spring roll takes some lateral thinking. "Roll" is going to be a verb in Latin, (volvo, volvere) and never a noun. "Wrap" is the same, just add the prefix -in, so involvo, involere. So, I'm using shell---crusta.

Crusta olus ver.

Sometimes, olus is written as holus.

The Latin root of our word vegetable, vegetabilis, did not have the meaning of "edible plants".
