When in New Orleans I like to hit Cafe Dumonde for some beignets and coffee with chicoree. 

Once in Manhattan, in broad afternoon daylight, a friend and I got jacked by 4 thugs.  They took my bag containing my camera loaded with irreplaceable pictures.  They got my friend's wallet.  People walking by just didn't even bat an eye.  I was so pissed off that once the guy let go of me I kicked over a full newspaper bin into the street and then walked aimlessly across a street with oncoming cars screeching to a halt to avoid hitting me.  It was just blind rage.  And this was near the Upper West Side too!

I like a mixed metaphor as much as the next man but I can't accept GW's criticism.
