I've stumbled upon that site before. Never ordered.
I don't know why, but I'm always suspicious of terrible looking websites.
Aww, stop. I'm blushing.

Bought one from this seller a couple of years ago, the tag says "Hawick Scotland". I am satisfied with it, however, it is my only shetland so have nothing to compare.
Yes, I bought a crewneck from them a few years ago. Yell Sound blue is the color. I'm pleased with it. Sizing is on the small side. In alpha sizing I am just as often a large as a medium. I went with the large and I'm glad I did. It's definitely the size of my medium sized sweaters. I understand they also do knitting based on your measurements if you want to go that route.
I'm looking to order another from them. I want something red, but not pink, but also a bit heathered. Cardinal looks about right.

Yeah- I have been thinking about a Shetland and all I see recommended online is that Spirit of Shetland site as well...it seems lots of people are unhappy with Press' Scooby Doo, or whatever it's called...
Used. Look out for Scottish/Irish made Bean or BB. They have good flecking and are fairly hairy.
If you want new you need to spend money (£100) and the best I've seen in the past few years have been at JS.
Be careful about dealing direct with Knitters. I had a very costly experience with Anderson's last year.
I must say I got on fine with Anderson's, they were pleasant to deal with. I ordered the bog-standard 'double Everest'.
At what, 84 quid? An absolute steal for a garment of that quality.
My experience is of poor quality knitwear and even poorer sizing
Expensive yes - but I simply adore Drakes stuff my cherubs...but then I'm a flash London git innit and own half of Westminster...

AC, I ordered a few directly from Laurence Odie over the phone last year. Service was excellent, cheap delivery (and quick), and the price was as good as I have seen. Considerably cheaper than Anderson's. I also had a couple from JS and believe they are the same makers.
My two-penneth.

^ They didn't. One remains in the wardrobe after 3 months on eBay, I managed to sell the other there for half price. That makes me at least £120 down.
Some Jamieson's here:

I can tell they are Austrailian Ponies because they are overweight.
