Oh my Aunt who be giddy... Now that's the way to spend a Monday morning Baby?!?!?
I've a plum shadow old board too...wonderful colour in my book...and possibly my fave too!
Rich pickings Sir...
^ more porcini and morels, rather than psylocibin but you never know what might turn up
Well be sure to take The Complete Book of Mushrooms with you fella...tho not necessary I guess if you know yer onions...or more to the point...yer mushrooms...
UPDATE:
Switched to Bean hunting boots as the going confirmed as 'soft'.
Is 'mushroom hunt down Richmond/Twickenham way' code for something else ?
^ Hahahaha, no it really is mushroom hunting
-sightings of morels in the bark chippings around the base of some trees in Old Deer Park, very tasty and very free.
^ OK. Watch out for deer and avoid poisonous fungi. Good luck.
Cheers K.
The Thameside path to Kew from Richmond is another good spot (wild garlic, porcini and loads of tree based fungi edibles),
also going with an a bit of an expert so should be safe(ish).
Just back, not a huge haul but enough for dinner for two tonight. No pics sorry stanshall, my only camera is knackered (witness the shot of my Topster in Ivy Finds thread).
Good call Captain, Roky E. and 13th Floor Elevators went straight on the iPod (I keep forgetting how unhinged 'I've Got Levitation' still sounds).
The Strand on the Green idea was great K, my couple of pints at The City Barge were splendid.
Cheers chaps !
Now off to work.

Looks good Zach. Love those Hertling made strides especially.
You've lost a bit of timber since you last posted too I think.
Good stuff Zach, what's the belt?
Nice looking jacket Zach, if only it had the '365' style flap pockets it'd be perefect!
