Zach's outfit is superb overall . . . but I still cannot abide flap pockets.  Looks like I may be the only one on here.

I love the use of the word "lagniappe".

What's the word on Paul Stuart shirts?  I went in to look and the blue pinpoint looked great.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Okay.  Here are a few things I have always wanted to ask someone about button placement.  What is the issue people are always talking about regarding the second button down on the placket of a shirt...?  What is the number of buttons a placket should/used to have and why is the modern number so bad (I always thought my vintage shirts had fewer buttons because men wore their pants higher on the waist...)?

WM - Nope, it is a thrifted tweed by Roderick St.John's out of Indianapolis. I really like it. It has cool donegal flecks.

Oh, now I see it's a 2 button.  Is it darted?  It's just hard to see on my screen.  I guess I could put on my glasses.

WM - No darts and 3/2. It is tough to see in that pic. One of my best finds for under $5 and no alterations needed.
