^I did that this morning, sometimes a couple of hours on a Sunday can really make the difference of not putting you under the cosh on a Monday when you arrive all hungover with two different continents already three quarters of their way through the working day.

Highly recommend that too, that breaks the feeling of I've  been off two weeks and now I am going back to work work not knowing what I am facing.

Another good one I find, is to return to work on a Friday, that takes the edge off it, as the weekend eases you back in.

Or ring in sick with food poisoning and have another few days off.

I really must come up with some else next time.

It wasn't so bad.  Now I'm back sipping my late coffee.

Thee Captain, some really great looks as of late. Especially that last pic, love the A-2. The Paraboots, the Red Wings, the Ram Jet, the newsboy caps, I'm loving it all. Really top stuff.

That's awfully decent of you Woolie.. Yes, This time of year and onwards is great for slapheads like meself as we can get busy on the hat front...Stetson in particular do some amazing bits these days..
I'm starting to see Paraboots in the same vein as Red Wings tbh...I personally think they work well in the same vein for my wardobe...
Contemplating some PB Michaels seriously now after years of being hot n cold about them...think they suit a bloke of my age too...

^ You can't beat an A2. The military fit takes some getting used to, but the smell of horsehide in the morning is fantastic.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Thanks Thinn Repp it is. I will be honest, it is about 1/2 -3/4" shorter than I would like. I got a 38S, but  I think that a 38R would work great on me. In fact, I am keeping my eye on those Own Makes jackets to see if I can score one on discount.
