Re: Ivy League style for today

Why thank you AC - RL Polos....with a logo...but as they go all the way up to my Jason Pollocks, I think I get away with it... going cheap in TK Maxx a year or 2 back...

Meanwhile love that shirt fella... great colours...and CARRY ON PONCING SIR...life can be dreary enough, huh?!?

Looking cool Senor.  Cap, the first shot's just not my bag, but the latter two shots look great.  I do admire that you've got your own damn thing going on and aren't afraid to force it on us.  smile

Yep. Doesn't ram it down your throat, does he?

I like that DB Keydge a lot, a great piece of kit.

The Senor should post more pics IMHO. Looking good in that photo, and a top backdrop.

Re: Ivy League style for today

If I have rammed anything down anyone's throat on here I'm assuming requital was made via paypal as  I can't find any receipts in my wallet... nigh on impossible these days of course to keep a track on one's outgoings in thee modern age....direct debit this....direct debit that... but I digress..

Anyhoo, the world, and this forum included would be a very dreary place if we were all turned out the same, eh?

Tom - you definitely should check the street there's a magical vibe in the air and it's full of cool people  - are you gonna in any other cities? How long will you be in the USA? Will you be in NYC or Miami ?

San Fran, then on to Cabo san lucas, then back to san fran - might hire a car for a few days. Would love to pop up to NYC, but trying to keep it sensible with costs. Shame or we could of arranged some nights out.

Re: Ivy League style for today

No worries... I'll catch you in London next year;-)
Please make sure to contact Oliver and Carlos - I'm sure that - time permitting - they would love to meet you guys in person -
As for the car- it depends how long will you be in SF for...I rented one for 9 days but we were there for almost 3 weeks .... So we realliy took our time exploring SF with no car and the  saw the rest of northern Califirnia.

One thing to take into account is all the tour busses that will take you to the Muir Park, Sausalito and other places they are actually a good way to see the city and it's adjacent towns... Finding Parking in San Francisco really a difficult and expensive so you will be better off walking, taking the bus or taxis (and you'll save money too)

Anyways I'm sure Oliver will give you amazing tips on where to go! He told me about cheking out Lands End and it was one of our favorites. Also check Nick Rosi in Original Joe's for cool jazz...

Congrats on the nuptials
