How this never made the Hollywood book is beyond me!
Required viewing for all spirits of the shapeless and nefarious natural shoulder.
Nice find. Great flick, I never noticed VP's clothes before.
I have this at home... It's a classic, a great movie and Vincent was excellent on it
Never noticed Vinny's wardrobe either until just now...
I do an annual month-long horror movie marathon each October and this was tonight's selection. killer soundtrack too.
That movie was remade three times !
October 25th is 20 years since Mr. Price died.
There's plenty of button-down action in 1960s horror flicks.
This was a great Ivy and preppy tinted horror:

I never saw that bit... I love Vincent Price... Always did.

McQueen's Blob clothes always kind of stuck in my mind.
^
Ok. They didn't stick in my mind THAT well. You're amazing. Or did you just watch it?
Ha, I used to own a print of it too, Stan! I used to collect a lot of cartoon shorts and old 16mm Castle prints in college. A more expensive and exhausting hobby than ivy clothes!

I rank Mask of the Red Death as one of the best films of the sixties. The Wichfinder General is Vincent's masterwork.
Hammer The Devil Rides Out is just great! I have the DVD with crhristopher lee narrating the commentary and its totally priceless!!
And yes the wolf man has a workwear vibe going on - Gypsy Ivy ?
Yep, Id say that's basically terrifying.
Yes... It's my favorite Corman film - mask of the red death is trippy but still had a plot with great colors... I love Le Samurai, Blow Up and La Dolce Vita and all those great films but the Red Mask is really special for a supposed B movie.
Here's another Corman ; the last woman on earth" shot in Puerto Rico in 1960
A bit of popoovers, tropical ivy and sack suits
