Yo Bop, have you ever tried rolling the collar tip full-circle over itself and then buttoning it? Not whilst wearing it of course, but when it's just chillin' on the rack. Works a treat with my lined & fused-collar shirts.

I may need to employ this technique.  I grab a fresh clean shirt out of the closet and the collar is a sight.
