Rasputin And The Monks was the name of a band that did "I Had Too Much To Dream Last Night", though I EXPECT that it isn't the same band? That record Rasputin And The Monks is pretty rare, all of these prep school bands.

That song's crossed my path somewhere, sometime. I'm sure I don't have the 7". This is going to drive me crazy! I know it's an obscure ditty, and that's why it's driving me crazy wondering how I've heard it.

That early live Twiliters version is the only version I've heard. I know I've also talked exuberantly about that song with someone in person - about how frenetic it is, how raucous, and the guitar riff is just bonkers! GOD!!
