Bonnot - there'll be no complaints from me on the beardage front...I've always hated shaving....and isn't Wisconsin renowned for its mental winds as well?
I bet it's been freezing fella...
Meanwhile - Here's hoping the next big thing over here happens soon eastside that involves a razor and we can be left in peace, he he!!

Southsea Pie & Vinyl - cracking place. Steaming plate of pie, mash, peas & liquor for under £7, all drinks out of old tea pots, lovely staff and vinyl in the back room. Vinyl is mostly new indie with a smattering of older Sonic Youth, Dinosaur Jr type stuff. Not ideal for roots, jazz, soul stuff if that's your bag though.

Just down the road is Seller's cafe - tribute to Peter Sellers who was born across the road.

Southsea, love the place. Woof's top retirement destination, I dream of walking my imaginary dog on the prom, watching the ships go in and out then retiring for a pint of Gales in one of those little street corner community boozers that they still have in Pompey. ah, just need to persuade Mrs Woof to relinquish the bright lights of Middlesex.
Perhaps we can form a little ivy commune in Castle Road.
Southsea and a lot of Pompey used to have a pub on every corner because of its garrison heritage. Brickwoods beer was terrible but the pubs themselves were great - good juke boxes and bar billiards everywhere. Decent links to London. Portsmouth is a city with reasonable facilities anyway.
