Damn, I love those shoes.  I forgot about you getting those.  They've got a great sort of ugliness about them.  Completely not of the modern era too, which is cool by me.  Whole outfit looks great.

Thanks man. Yes - a pleasing ugliness - the conservative looking leather uppers really are at odds with the jet-age sole. A nice contradiction and sometthing you wouldn't see now.

The poly-cotton trousers have a rise you would love WM - just below the rib cage!

Re: Ivy League style for today

I must say Shooey, I'm met with a degree of disappointment this morning as I see no ivy shots.  But those shoe pics are very nice indeed.  And I'm confident we'll see you produce soon.

Jaakko, love it. I've got some Flyers as well and you have served as the inspiration for me to wear them today.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Hey Mercer.  Welcome.  Good stuff.  I like the duck boots too.  I've been tempted to get a pair a few times, but I'm just not sure how much I'd wear them.  I could use them on a day like today though.  Looks like the bottom's going to fall out at any second.
