I had my house robbed 20 years ago (almost to the day), and one thing that was taken was my copy of that vid, which I bought new in 1990. Cost 10 or 12 pounds as I recall. Oh well. I've never been able to bring myself to buy another copy or watch it online since.

They also got a ridiculous film called JD's Revenge.

I've explored some of that, including Prince Buster's early calypso stuff.

But to be honest, like Motown and Stax soul, I can't get into the groove with ska anymore.

Nice.
I remember this being aired on BBC2 roughly around 1986 as part of a music weekend they were airing.
I think I video taped this but where the VHS tape ended up in my tip of a house is anybody's guess.
