I recall Albam or Folk doing one but their prices are inflated for the fashion cachet.
A friend from SF has a nice wool one that I keep meaning to ask where from. No logo and spot on.

1 year on and there has been a rip by the back pocket and fading on the collar and other places, the worst of the fading was caused by getting a bit of sun cream on it though I think?
