Shit the bed - didn't buy one as listed as large so thought I'd post up on here for the L bredren. I'm a 38" chest and it now looks like it would have been good for me. all three sweaters were sold within 15 mins of me posting...
I'm saving for some £1k bicycle wheels anyway....
You're stylin' in it Tom. Glad to have been of service to you all.
Cheers MCM, but I should have 'styled' the shot a bit better! haha
A nice sweater indeed. Love that color.
Yeah, lovely jumper. Got mine on today. Couldn't wait.
Goes very well colourwise with a pair of LVC 1967 505.
Thanks for the tip off MCM.
Weejun Sportocasins - Not sure of your size but they do crop up now and again online. Got these for £50 - total with shipping and duty came to £85 which considering the condition i'm happy with. Missed out on the others and there was a pair on Etsy in unworn condition, but too small.
The originals have a v cleat heal - there was a pair in black that I nearly went for with this but they needed a lot of work, but once these were spotted I just went for these.
Hey Sid - was trying to remember who got those, went back through threads but couldn't find you.

Let me know how you get on with them.
They are definitely a different shoe from the Weejun.
Because of the edges/quarters (or whatever that art of the shoe is called) being that much higher than on a regular Weejun it feels and looks different (obviously). But it has taken some getting use to. Primarily because I see/saw them as merely lace-up Weejuns, but the shape is different enough that I now only wear them on smarter occasions. But, I did get some great comments at a wedding recently though.
Enjoy.
You lucky git Tom! I've got a black pair and have been after a brown pair for an age. They're great shoes.
I have a pair of those at home, deadstock, I'll check the size if you or anyone else wants a pair..
If they're a 30/32 then I'm interested mate.
Alas they are a 34 R...so if anyone fancies a pair of the above in a 34 waist drop me a PM
Saw these myself yesterday Harpo, she lists as a 6/8 I think but also a 30" waist - was tempted to ask if they had any fabric to let them out.
I think with side adjusters they usualy give the waist measurement as fully extended, giving the option of tightening a couple of inches - so these should be just my size. I'm not sure how easy it is to let out those sort of trousers, what with the continuous tunnel running around the waist band. There's no way they're women's though.
Good price too, didn't favourite them though so you're safe
