WM, I love Mercer shirts, I have a dozen or so.
When I win the lottery I am going to start from scratch and my first call will be to David Mercer. Half a dozen each of blue, white and pink oxfords; three blue and three pink oxford uni stripes. And that's just for starters

It is a nice shirt, but sartorially speaking some higher rise pants are essential. Even medium rise would be a vast improvement. High rise would be superb.
Aesthetically speaking the guy would also benefit from a fitness regime, however to be fair that comment may be outside the scope of this thread. Even if he keeps the spare tire, high rise pants would stop it from looking so accentuated. A decent sportscoat would do even more favours, although I would say decent trousers are more of a priority.
