That was the Rally where Edwin Starr performed. He did a version of Frankie Goes To Hollywood's, Two Tribes, as they'd done a version of War on that records 12". Edwin's vocal and a full horn section...possibly the best cover of a record ever. For sure the best cover I've ever heard. A real shame he never recorded it. We went everywhere on those little Vespa's. There is no way I'd drive 200 miles on one these days. Not with my back. You'd have enjoyed those scooter rallies WM. Always good music and a proper laugh.
