Id stick with Southwick if youre going for a new sack. Nothing beats the classic Douglas model, imo. Its not that difficult to find nice vintage tweeds in size 42 though. Theres one seller on eBay right now with a stockpile. I picked up a couple from him last month for a song and Id take them over any new tweed jackets on the market any day of the week.

Agreed. Seems pretty easy to find 42 tweeds. And I do plan on stocking my closet through EBay, Etsy, thrift store finds. But I do want one new jacket when I get my work bonus in September. The Douglas looks really nice. I'll have to take a closer look at the Southwick stuff. Thanks!
