The Electric Flag - It's About Time (Live, 1968)
This is essentially "East-West" by The Butterfield Blues Band, or atleast what it drew its bassline and conceptual ideas from. This might be the worst live recording ever made, but what the hell, just hearing Bloomfield tear his Les Paul apart makes up for it. I am fairly sure that he had maxed up his Twin. His first solo starts at 4:35 and I have NO idea whatsoever what scales or modes or anything he's playing. Must have been much experimentation. Again, the sound is awful, but it's totally worth it.
