I think the white levis (LVC 519 and the LVC 518's) are similar, as are Lee Leens, if you can find a pair of the regular levis 306 start press they have a similar shape too, but are rather pricey when they come up.
Mister Freedom Lot 74 & Orslow 107 are mid/high rise but slim hem.
The FOB 5 pocket mentioned in another thread come in what looks a light olive green.

I've mentioned it before, but Levis offer the 501CT. Not sure if they're still the good stuff, but aside from the strange weft, it's probably the most accessible high-rise, tapered jeans on the market.

A couple of regular rise, US made options. Both very reasonably priced.
When I was flicking through the Texas Jeans site I noticed they do a 'conceal and carry' model - ideal for teachers who are packing a Glock 19 I suppose.
Wrangler 13MWZ, cheap and high rise. With the money you save you can have the legs tapered.

These would seem to fit the bill but the seller stresses they are not for wearing. A shame.
Thanks for all the suggestions guys... I actually do have the Wrangler cowboy cut blue and wheat jeans, I like the rise a lot... I may have another jeans option in the works, we'll see if it pans out this week, I'll update the thread if it does...
Pennies, nothing comes up on Levi's website for the 501CT. I have a pair of relatively new regular cut Levi's 501s that I'm actually going to get rid of because I really don't like the cut of them...
No matter what I get, I have to get them custom hemmed because you just can't get jeans with that short of an inseam... I've never seen a modern pair of jeans you can buy with an inseam shorter than 30"...
Yeah, the regular 501s have a weird cut. Mid-rise, but much wider. I decided on the CTs just because of the rise, though it would've been nice to have the wider leg opening.
It seems like they've changed the name to the 501 Taper, but I just checked it and it's no good now. Elastane and all. It had a good run, I suppose. Piss. Well, I'm all out of options. I heard them Wrangler's are good, too. I'm waiting for a good option to come up.
When I used to wear jeans, which I dropped just because I find chinos more comfy, I used to wear Naked & Famous jeans. Made in Canada of Japanese selvedge. The Weird Guy & Easy Guy fits may suit what your looking for, and the pricing, while steep, isn't insane for what they are. I had pairs that lasted years and years.

gonna wear a pair of plain old 501 stf rigid indigo from 2013 made in Egypt today ... they don't quite measure up in quality to my other four or five pairs of own-vintage USA 501 stf rigids from the '80s and '90s but I still like them and wear them a fair amount both to reduce wear on my older, high-mileage jeans and to force them into shape .....
not perfect but good enough you know, I don't fuss much about jeans because I kind of like the variations in fit and cut, sometimes shorter, sometimes baggier, they're all good and the slight differences in the shape of the different 501s make it interesting, I can get different looks from the different pairs .....
the last pair of jeans I bought, in 2014, were a pair of vintage 505 USA off eBay, they were in perfect shape, still very dark, cost $15, I've been wearing them sparingly to save them but that's changing, now I'm wearing all the stuff I have without worrying about wearing it out .... because the clock keeps ticking ..... now I want to wear things out .....
will report on the 501s and let you know if they bubble-butt me out or if I'm still cool with them .........
Having only recently discovered them (via a very cheap ebay purchase) I can say that the Levis 615 are pretty good Ivy jeans
High waist with a nice gentle taper.
For example:
Beige pair of 36/30 on ebay at the moment:
Waist: 36" (actual measured size)
Inside leg: 29" (actual measured size)
Rise: 12"
Hem: 16"
Here is a good resource about the different fits of Levi jeans

Levi 505. Straight leg. Regular fit. Never washed. I have about 20 pairs. I like the fade. I have sold used pairs at flea markets. I am fading my last two pairs now.
For vintage jeans buying I would highly recommend this eBay seller

Very honest descriptions and careful measurements. Jeans priced according to condition so the more expensive are the ones to go for.
I have bought a pair of Levi 615s in khaki colour, great cut with a 12" rise in a 36" waist. Very pleased!
The Wranglers sometimes discussed seem to fit tightly, but it's hard to discern if they are generally worn as highwaters in these pics, which are otherwise useful in determining their place in the Ivy pantheon

Another possible for anybody after a budget selvedge denim

They look really good for the price. Have you actually seen them?
