Health question: "Blue light" from computer/phone screens

Is that a true story? As in having an impact on wellbeing/sleep quality?

I usually spend an hour on the device before going to bed.

Yes, the "blue" light from screens has an impact on your brain and the ability to sleep. I believe at least an hour before bed is the recommended amount of time to be away from screens of any kind. Some lightbulbs contain the same blue wavelengths as well.
