Except Pagliacci is now getting worse.  In the thread, he's a "custom tailor."  You gotta read it in context to appreciate it.  And his "suggestions" for how to treat his competition, if they ain't ironic (which would be pretty laughable if they were knowing his history), are even more laughable if he's serious.  Because he implies that the tenor of the board (which he in part influences via a svengali-like hold on Andy -- though it was nice to hear that Andy and the others reigned him in a bit), is unmoving and rather doctrinnaire.  What a loon....  Poor Pagliacci, he's been reading his logic 101 book -- and his grammar books, and he still can't use who and whom correctly.

Fioravanti's operation is akin to a Savile Row institution - i.e. he trades on his name but the actual clothes are made by others employed by him. Though, to be fair, he is a trained tailor
