Anybody, heard about them? Any comments?

I'm a Sperry man, but I saw them in my local shoe shop. Can't find some online stuff quickly... I am not talking about the model "Newport" from Sperry! It seems to be another company, different models, always a little label on the side, but I think you can get rid of that...
