Brown sauce.  Gotta have it.  I'm polishing off my bottle of St Remy and listening to my The Swing Years 6 record set, as the mercury drops and the skies turn cloudy.  I'm on the sofa under a blanket with a fluffy white cat curled up beside me.  Stuffed after a lunch of homemade sushi courtesy of the lady.

The staircases take some getting use to - impossibly steep and narrow.

I'm glad you enjoyed the Genever and meal, the Dutch are also making excellent premium English-London style gins and once you've sampled the delights of Dutch Courage, Old Tom and Sloane's Gin, you just can't go back to drinking Beefeater, Gordon's or Bombay Sapphire with the same respect.
