This is a useful link. Has anyone ordered off of it? I am thinking about the flannel.

Re: JJ Minnis and John G. Hardy Fabrics available online

My MTM Tweed sacks (well... Anglo Ivy style sacks) from Hine of Oxford are John G Hardy cloth except one - A green Cheviot Herringbone tweed with an overcheck by 'Teviotex of Howick', made in Scotland. Really hard wearing stuff that holds a crease but not a wrinkle for very long.
Not a name I'd heard of before. I guess they are rough, tough working men's Tweeds in origin. Anybody know?
Thanks.

I've seen some Teviotex cloth and it's good stuff.

It's much harder, denser stuff than my Hardy Tweed which is why I'd imagined it was a lesser animal. Still nice though.

Could be.
There's no drape or anything soft or flowing with this Tweed. It's 'manly' thornproof stuff.
I like it, but it's got this 'functional' air about it.
That's all.

I would like better photographs of the cloth. But a good resource.

I received good service. You can see inventory when you order and they ship in about two days.

Your blog's well done.  I didn't know that fasteners or adjusters for braces were supposed to be worn at the waist, provided the braces fit right.

I will not be in the market for bespoke clothes soon but this is a nice resource to keep in one's backpocket.
