Hey All,
I am going to Las Vegas in a couple of weeks. I wondered whether there would be any shop sartorially worthwhile going to in the area that you may recommend?
Thanks for your help,
No, but I can recommend a number of escorts that will deliver a good time.
I was only paying for the time, guv.
Thanks for your replies, here is my report about Vegas:
(1) Most of the shops on the strip are -unsurprisingly- overprices. Some of them are really taking the piss, like Bernini, who is selling most of their suits at ridiculous prices (like $7,000 for a full front canvas suit from Italy- unbranded, of course) and then taking the price down as a discount- Hahaha...
(2) There is a good shop at 'regular' prices inside the Bellagio, called 'D-light'. They sell italian stuff: Isaia, Brioni, Zegna, etc. Some stuff was on offer (mostly seconds in y opinion though)
(3) The great value is in the outlets around Vegas: Nordstrom rack, Neiman Marcus last call, Saks Off 5th avenue, brooks 346 (which is actually better stocked in my opinion than the regular BB in Vegas). They had a lot of stock, offered great discounts for Easter, and made my day on several occasions: a Canali sportscoat (Full front canvas, less than $200, tax included at Saks), at NM Last call, 2 Hickey Freeman suits, FF canvas, wool and wool and cashmere, $388 each, tax included after a 40% coupon rebate (all of the HF suits in NMLC are at $599+tax, some are fused, some are FF canvas, you have to check).
Overall a nice shopping experience with some very good value shopping.
