Vass becoming more snazzy

A year ago their website had about 12 modern style shoos (ltalian models), a year later they have three times that amount. l think all the igent orders have had alot to do with all of this, many orders are detailed and quite different from what Vass used to offer. What does this mean for the future of Vass; will F and U lasts eventually overtake the traditional Vass lasts, will the soles be machine stitched instead of hand stitched if Vass gets much bigger?

I'm really enjoying going through  that calalogue. Thanks for posting it. My own view is that there are times when I would like to wear the traditional Budapest syle, yet others when the 'sleeker' look is more desirable. It should strengthen and improve the financial position of the company so that it continue to provide its traditional fare.

I have 1 pair in F last, I really like them.  They fit my foot perfectly.  I'm itching for a pair on a U last.

Hmm...  I have one pair of wingtip blutcher on the R last, then I have a pair of England II oxford on the U or F last - the round toe one.  I'd like a pair of oxford on the square toe Italian last.  I can't remember which is F and which is U.

Maybe it would work well with the river II wingtip:

I also like the stitched-upper boots:
