Breaking News - - Tripe has shelved his old Mad Men fez avatar in favor of Hugh Laurie as Bertie Wooster. Please update your files accordingly.
There is a real dearth of quality inanity at Andyland right now.
lf he got rid of the fur on his face he might actually look o.k in those glasses.
They are actually far too small for him by quite a way. The lenses should be further apart for him. He looks like a man wearing a child's glasses - as you mention.

Why is Trip suddenly man of the moment on the snark front?
Hello.
I see much talk of this Tripe guy here. I wonder why he take his picture in toilet? Do he not as well know somebody in toilet behind hime because I see a shoe?
This is funny to me.
Best Regards.
Pablo
I think what we see is what happens when someone doesn't really know what their "personal style" is.
Being an impulse buyer myself, it's VERY important to differentiate between:
1) An item of clothing you like
&
2) an item of clothing that will look good on you.
You've GOT to be honest with yourself about body type, face shape, height, etc. Those glasses are a PERFECT example of that.
I always liked those round frames. Whenever I saw them for sale, I came within an INCH of buying a pair. My father has a few pairs & they looked great on him. They looked great on display. BUT, honestly, I would look like a frigging moron if I wore a pair out. My face shape is all wrong.
ALSO, I think when you get dressed, you are putting together a complete & cohesive package which represents your own style (IE attitude). It's pretty important to make sure each and every item you wear is consistent with this style, or you end up looking like Mr. Potato Head, with a hodge-podge of items that reflect nothing about your style, except that you don't really have one.
Just because it's "Armani", "Brioni" or "Zegna" DOES NOT mean it looks good on you... TOSS IT OUT IF IT DOES NOT!!!!
That mustard chamois cloth shirt belongs at the bottom of a hideous, Stygian hole. One wonders why Tripe chose to bring it out of the earth instead of leaving it nestled among cave pearls and bear bones.
