When I'm clueless about a topic, I shut up.

Oh for the days where men did mens' work all the time and every yard had its own picket fence. When uncles told nephews how to shine a shoe and everyone agreed that the shine was exactly correspondent with moral superiority. When the lil' woman knew her place and had the drinks ready, dinner on the table and the slippers (velvet alberts) warmed. Where shoes were worn once a month, socks were always over the calf and suits were hand tailored by someone who lived in a tenement so that you didn't have to thrift your clothes. Where your own sense of your own worth was shared by those you met. Where people didn't suss you as a complete tit, obsessed with details so tiny that any attempt to explain their importance was frustrated by the inevitability of sleep descending on the listener. Where the conventions of a society meant that many people didn't spot that you were so anal that a gnat's arse looked like Oxford Street in comparison, and those that knew it were too polite to mention it. Where men were drawn wearing stupid jackets made out of stupid materials and people actually aspired to look like that, oblivious to the fact that they were being taken in by wilfully misleading proportions.
If only days like that had ever existed - and if only we could transport people back to them and then leave them there.

Once again, our friend Fuuma pitches in on topics he's clueless about.
Just came across this 9-page thread on men's underwear on Housewives. Judging from the last page, it seems Lasbar gets credit for 50% of posts on that thread. Such a weirdo:

For a little extra clarity on the eyeglasses issue, observe Luxottica and their market presence:

Persol and Ray-Ban serve the same master.

Chanel, Chaps, Burberry, Prada, Versace, and more.

They operate Pearle Vision, Lenscrafters, Sunglass Hut, Ilori, and most department store opticians.
When you go into a Lenscrafters and see all these famous brands on sale, this one company makes and sells them all.
