I dress in everything from an 800 dollar italian suite to starched Blue Jeans with a long sleeve Bill Blass button down shirt.
I dress for what i have planned. Most days it's pleated wool dress pants with a long sleeve button down collared shirt. Lots of days, it's Straight leg pressed wrangers with a Button Down shirt , George Steel toed boots and a matching belt. I have about 10 pairs of matching dress shoes and belts.
On the weekends, it's deck shoes, cargo shorts and some kind of T shirt that says stuff like, If I wanted your opinion, I would squeeze your head or Heavily medicated for your protection.
A night out at the casino is usually Pressed jeans with a button down shirt and either Tony Lama alligator, shark, elaphant or bullhide boots.
My wife says I have more clothes than her and it pisses her off.
My wardrobe is a reasonable guide to what you need
a) Late autumn-winter
Covert coat or heavyweight wax cotton Barbour
Cashmere scarves
Heavy tweed jacket or blazer
Lambswool or merino wool jumpers
Oxford cotton or poplin shirt
Wool or madder silk tie
Cavalry twill/grey flannels/heavy cord or moleskin trousers with boxcloth braces
Boots/shoes with commando soles
b) Spring/early autumn
Mackintosh or lightweight wool coat
Silk scarves
Lightweight tweed jacket or blazer
Lightweight flannel/cords or cotton drill trousers with barathea braces
Cotton poplin or end-on-end shirts
Madder or twill silk tie
Leather soled shoes
c) Summer
Polo shirts (John Smedley and Sunspel)
Linen/silk tweed jackets
Drill cotton trousers and shorts or chinos with belts
Deck shoes or loafers
I rarely need to wear a suit but I have heavy tweed suits for winter, medium weight grey and blue suits for business and and a linen suit for hot summer days.
Gentlemen, please. There's no need to quibble. Conservative and avant-garde dressers alike will enjoy the fine products of the Baller Jeans Manufactory LLC Gmb.H. Inc. See the following thread for details and ordering information:

I have taken the liberty of bespeaking a dozen pairs for each of you.
I don't even understand the question...
But, to add something valuable to the discussion: I believe the biggest premise of a wardrobe is style apporach. The big two are: central European and Anglo/American. I know I am bastardizing the many nuances of dress within the two catagories by saying this, but you will be set for life if you advance from one of those points.
I too am beginning to think a wardrobe composed of Baller Jeans is all I need. The glove pocket is a real innovation. I reckon giving a pair away with each iPad would be a perfect combination - porn and a Baller Jean - you say Baller I say Baller lets ball the whole thing off.
really??? never heard of that jeans...
I rarely wear suites, as my finances don't allow it. A single room with bath, sure.
Not quite sure what this is about but to take a stab at it. I can't stand thinking too much about what i am going to wear and i tend to buy clothes that will go together no matter how haphazzardly I choose them in the morning (or evening).
I do not own a lot of clothes or at least I have not done so since I have been in hiding. But I always dress as is fit for my status dear boy!
I am not one of those who have lots of clothes in the closet. However, I am sure that every item in my wardrobe matches another.
