Steel toe tips on shoes - the igent approved way.

http://www.thelondonlounge.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=9953

I just use Blakey/Seg equivalents. Number 13 or 14.

Offer up seg to shoe. Tap tacks in. Remove tacks and cut to size with a pincers. Hammer tacks the whole way in. Sorted. A last is useful. I have my fathers old last.

No shoe leather is removed using my way.

Contrary to lies of FNB and Woofboxer, I (and most of the other "Buff Bastards") have been banned from posting on this forum. There are only a few posters left so don't waste your time on here. This forum is dead and nobody cares.
