Some inanity:
http://www.askandyaboutclothes.com/forum/showthread.php?109909-correct-etiquette-for-wearing-a-knit-tie
An iGent asks after the "etiquette" for wearing a knit tie, since apparently he is the only man in his district of Louisville who owns one. Check Cuffers's withering response to a fan of black grenadines: "Well, then those are two totally different ties, aren't they? Grenadine and knit are NOT the same." God DAMMIT it makes me so mad when IDIOTS confuse knit and grenadine! I may be sick! Knit and grenadine have NOTHING in common other than being SIMILAR!
http://www.askandyaboutclothes.com/forum/showthread.php?109919-Need-a-new-wallet
MemphisLawyer needs a new wallet. "I don't know what size to get," he complains. I was under the impression that lawyers in the United States must solve complex logic puzzles when they take the LSATs, and this lead me to expect that an adult with a J.D. would be able to determine that he should get a wallet large enough to hold the contents of his current wallet. Perhaps he and Foo! should open a consulting firm that helps provide lawyers with the finest in billfold solutions.
http://www.askandyaboutclothes.com/forum/showthread.php?109898-Grenfell-trench-coat-dilemma
An iGent has landed a real plum - a Grenfell trenchcoat in spectacular condition, other than the fact that its arms are too short. Also its previous owner washed it in a washing machine. I'm assuming that our friend bought it at a police auction.

When typing in Bozeman, Montana should one opt for the airy playfulness of the cocktail cuff?
http://www.askandyaboutclothes.com/forum/showthread.php?78019-Have-I-been-wearing-silk-knots-wrongly-all-along
Check Blueboy's inexplicably venomous diatribe on the correct direction to insert cufflinks. See also: guys who are too stupid to know whether it matters if they put their cufflinks in before or after putting on the shirt.
http://www.askandyaboutclothes.com/forum/showthread.php?109879-Hole-in-sole-of-Park-Avenue
An Allen-Edmonds thread in which the CEO hasn't posted? Color me shocked!
And finally, a new thread from hockeyFunTimes4u12345:
http://www.askandyaboutclothes.com/forum/showthread.php?109884-I-want-this-tweed-jacket
Our hero apparently hasn't had enough of tweed, and is searching for a nice loud check jacket to wear while waiting for the bus. A helpful respondent suggests that he try Bookster.

Of course it would help if I read the fekking caption. Goodwood it is.
Would pointing out that Styleforum died about six months ago make the following linked post inane, or merely ironic?

where the hell is everyone?
spending time with family and friends? sleeping in? nursing hangovers? wondering who that woman is that you woke up next to? trying to decide if those sores are worth a visit to the doctor?
That goon Goomba gets it wrong yet again:
http://www.styleforum.net/showpost.php?p=3789688&postcount=14
l propose that Goomba ban himself for being useless. Many stacked heels are made from wood these days. A top industry expert told me this and showed me samples of rtw shoos he had released into the marketplace with wooden stacked heels. lt's a new trend in footwear because making wooden heels is easier than making stacked leather heels.
No wonder industry people want nothing to do with these forums populated by nubs. lf they saw the rot these nubs write online, they would be laughing their sides off at the ignorance. These forum people come across as experts yet they don't have the foggiest of clues what's going on. We must look sooo fucking stupid.
