Uh, it's sort of a filler to increase the bulk of cheap ground meat and add colour, flavour and texture.
I'm not sure what's in it, only having it once.
I was eating lunch at a coworker's and commented it wasn't half bad and the meat tasted pretty good.

Perchance the iGents have brought back a trend. Brooks Bros. is carrying button boots again.

All the pictures of the button boots - galosh tops above are fakes - they are finished with 'poppers' (the last ones with zips). The contrasting topped boots are for morning wear not evening wear but the last pair (nice lines) is modelled on evening boots. I have worn them with a dark suit but you just get asked a load of questions about where you got them etc etc and then hear a gentle snickering as you turn to go....
