I buy DD no elastic socks. They are 70% wool and 30 poly or 69% wool and 29% and 1% elastane.

After a few hours, I have balls in the heel and arch. After a few wear and a wash, they have plenty of balls.

Is it normal ?

The price is 18 euros !!!!!!!!!
