I have limited understanding.
But I think these Otenki Girls (honourable weather girls) and is by a shoe company ina contra or something with magazine, Tokyo Graffiti.

Anyway...l wish they'd piss off all these so called weather girls. Useless the lot of them. All pretty faces but nothing else. l want people with substance calling my weather....someone who spent years studying it. l don't want clueless shitheads reading my weather, they haven't earnt it. Any moron can get in front of a screen and parrot read the weather. l hate `em all.
