Seriously, I will not wear bright-colored socks with a formal attire. That would make me look like a joke, right? However, if you really prefer to wear sky blue socks then, by all means, go ahead.

Yes. Because the summer wool, cotton or linen casual suit is also sky blue, cream, beige or has strong sky blue stripes on a light coloured ground.
Only someone who exclusively wears black polyester lounges would ask such a question.
