If you'll go back about a year and a half ago in the archives of another forum, you'll see something similar.

It started as a thread asking members to nominate other members, that they thought were the "best dressed".

It went on for 6 or 7 posts, when the neurotically self absorbed could restrain themselves no longer, and started nominating themselves. The self nominatioons were usually accompanied by some fairly creepy looking pictures, bearing a close resemblence to something from the bar scene in "Star Wars".

Seemed to me like a trip into Bizarro World. One of those "One Flew Over the Cukoo's Nest" experiences.
