Ok, if you don't know anything of the job that your 'legendary' shirtmaker does for you (beyond the pricetag and what 'international publications'wrote) don't say anything and keep your energies for something else.
For the record, the publications heralding Maestro Siviglia have focused on his stylistic genius and multifaceted career. Night and day difference.

I might be just a tourist, but I understand the difference between a suit from merely a "sartoria" (what you are used to) and one from a designer-tailor. Night and day difference.
