For millions of years, fruits were an exceptional addition to our diet. We've not evolved to process large quantities of them. I like fruits, but I think they are best done in small amounts - 3-4 servings a week, no more - for most people. The modern varietals are so rich in sugar that they're basically treats. They play havoc with insulin regulation, I think.

The grain is the thing, if you're blood type A like me. But again, all in the correct portions.

The best land foods are grasses, sprouts and weeds. When you combine that with the best water foods (algae and sea vegetables), you get the finest food that the plant world can provide and every nutrient in the diet needed for superior health. Health centers who use this food (Hippocrates) over a period of decades has found it beneficial for maximum health, it's actually not possible to do it any better.

At last, I had the chance to get a silk RLPL robe. This will be worn on breezy summer days, on the back pourch.
