Roger Stone's Best And Worst-Dressed List

Dandified political consultant Roger Stone weighs in on who else does it best and not so much...

"‘The sense of being perfectly well dressed gives a feeling of inner tranquility which even religion is powerless to bestow." Ralph Waldo Emerson
"Looking good and dressing well is a necessity. Having a purpose in life is not."  Oscar Wilde

Re: Roger Stone's Best And Worst-Dressed List

His "look" is as disjointed as his writing style:

"Frankly this column get harder and harder to write each year."

"Gary Cooper who favored an broad-shouldered American look"

And he has a face like a cat's arse.

Re: Roger Stone's Best And Worst-Dressed List

It's funny how this Stone person says that it's funny how many people will go outside in a wife beater. I have always thought that Larry Kudlow would look a lot more at home in a wife beater, dingy boxers and over-the-calf black nylon socks.

Why is the pattern houndstooth a dandified touch? Don't get me wrong, I like houndstooth but I never thought it solely the province of dandies. And the sixties is the decade style forgot? There are amazing styles and clothes in the sixties. I am going to have fun with this article. Does this guy post on SF?

I'd like to add Stephen Fry to the list. He dresses poorly to the point of distraction on his show QI.
