It would suggest that the owners (old or new) have bought the company after agreeing a deal with SAB's creditors. It's difficult for brands like SAB to survive in such troubled economic times. It's easy to continue using old luggage or briefcases rather than spend a fortune on new, top quality replacements. It does not help that airlines are making luggage allowances more restrictive.
