My bespoke Drakes ties came today, they are splendid. Minimum order of three, I went for two in silk and the third one in cashmere. The fabrics in their store were already cut to size for the making of a tie. After a couple of days I received an email informing me that there wasn't enough cloth in one of the silks for my tie. I was asked if there was another cloth I'd like used or would I rather have a refund.
   I must admit I was a little miffed as the cloth in question I really wanted to go with a new suit. The cloth was a sky blue silk with a small navy and white pattern. I couldn't remember seeing anything similar on offer in the store, non the less I asked. I was informed there wasn't, but there maybe at their factory. The sales person (Alexandra) then sent me another email the next day with six pictures attached of silk cloths in sky with a blue and white patterned design. The pattern I picked from those I prefer to my first choice.
