There are a LOT of people that believe that UK-made shoes are automatically "sublime". Often they are quick to speak adoringly of footwear they have never actually worn or even seen in person.
Personally, I find most UK shoemakers to be quite unexciting in their offerings.

l like all shoes very very much, so l can understand everyone's veiw points. FNB, formby, isshinryu101, Meister, Fritzl and many others are all spot on and l completely understand all there tastes. l do have real soft spots for boring plain shoos (like what FNB and Formby like), l also like fat bastards (like what isshinryu101 likes), and l like various others too. l am not such a fan of suede shoos or buckle boots, but l do understand why people would like them.
